Thymus tap

The Thymus Tap is the most simple with immediate benefit. Just lightly tapping in an anti-clockwise circle over the upper breastbone. This puts us into a temporary state of balance. 

​

1. Your thymus gland is behind the upper part of your breastbone

2. Tap in an anti-clockwise circle for 30 seconds.

3. Tap firmly - you should be able to hear it - but do not hurt yourself! 

 

Improve the flow of your energy now by learning the tap and do it several times a day. Great to wake up in a morning, relax into sleep at night, centre when feeling overwhelmed or anxious, clear a foggy head or de-stress after conflict.

You can never ‘over-balance’ yourself!
