Thymus tap

The Thymus Tap is the most simple with immediate benefit. Just lightly tapping in an anti-clockwise circle over the upper breastbone. This puts us into a temporary state of balance. 


Your thymus is 2 - 3 inches (5 - 7.5 cm) down from the notch between your collar bones.

There is often a bump in the sternum bone right over the thymus.

1. Start with your fingertips 1.5 inches to your left of your thymus.

2. Tap up and continue round in a 3" circle for 30 seconds.

3. Tap firmly - you should be able to hear it - but do not hurt yourself.


Improve the flow of your energy now by learning the tap and do it several times a day. Great to wake up in a morning, relax into sleep at night, clear a foggy head or de-stress after conflict.

You can never ‘over-balance’ yourself.
