Energy Toning Movements

These often come up as homework, after a session. Done regularly, they encourage the flow of energy within the meridians and are always beneficial. 

I often give out diagrams of particular meridian pairs. But if you're toning the whole system or if they haven't been demonstrated for you, following the video is far easier. You can do this daily to promote health. This is my tutor Minna Oldfield
