I generally work over a Whatsapp video call or Skype. You can sit or lie down comfortably at home, we can see each other and chat so it feels like a regular session.
Appointments are 1 hour though the initial session may overrun 10-15 mins (no extra cost)

I know it can be hard deciding if a therapy is for you. Or if you are familiar with kinesiology, if a different therapist is for you. Or if you have worked with me before, if working online is for you!
A half hour session gives us time to say hello and do a brief consultation, use muscle testing to put you into energy balance, and do a small group of work. The beginning of a session is always like this, so it does give you a really good indication of how I work
