I generally work over a Whatsapp video call or Skype. You can sit or lie down comfortably at home, we can see each other and chat so it feels like a regular session.
Appointments are 1 hour though the initial session may overrun 10-15 mins (no extra cost)

I know it can be hard deciding if a therapy is for you. Or if you are familiar with kinesiology, if a different therapist is for you. Or if you have worked with me before, if working online is for you!
A half hour session gives us time to say hello and do a brief consultation, use muscle testing to put you into energy balance, and do a small group of work. The beginning of a session is always like this, so it does give you a really good indication of how I work

How to find me
The other 2 locations are upstairs, this one is on the ground floor with wheelchair access.
There is on site parking with ParkingEye. You just need to register your car reg on arrival for free 90 mins parking
Riverside Health Shop is over the bridge at the bottom of the high street in Newcastle Emlyn. I'll be there to meet you in the shop, the treatment room is upstairs.
Aardvark Alternatives is in Carmarthen town centre, on Lammas Street, opposite the Boar's Head. There is a small waiting area at the top of the stairs.
